- The main sales channels of AskHenry.pl are OLX and Vinted platforms. If it is possible to list an item on other platforms (specialist, motorisation, etc. ) then after checking the possibilities – AskHenry.pl can list the item on other platforms. AskHenry does not list ads on Allegro, Allegro local or Facebook.
- The client sets the price or delegates it to an AskHenry consultant who sets the price based on research.
- If the display of an advertisement requires additional fees, these fees shall be paid by the Customer. Each time an AskHenry Consultant checks whether the Customer accepts the additional fee.
- The customer provides information about the condition of the item – completeness, proof of purchase and any defects in the product. The AskHenry consultant can also assess this individually when preparing the product for listing on sales platforms.
- AskHenry does not provide for a minimum price/value of the product on display.
- The maximum number of items that can be assigned to one order is 5 items. If the customer would like to list more items, an AskHenry consultant will create another order.
- AskHenry reserves the right to store what we are able to transport/fit into the car both in terms of product weight and size. In the case of large sized items, the customer should send photos of the product and a decision on transport will be made individually.
- AskHenry sends the Client a link to the ad after the item has been listed on the sales platform. An AskHenry consultant coordinates the ads for a maximum of 3 months from the date the ad links are sent to the Client.
- An AskHenry consultant regularly updates the customer on the state of interest in the products.
- After the expiry of 3 months from the date the adverts were added, unsold products may be returned to the Customer or donated to charity at the Customer’s discretion.
